English IV is a required course for graduation and studies British Literature. Topics include Beowulf, Macbeth, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, The CanterburyTales along with writing assignments and novel studies which will include a research paper.
Comprehension Guides can be found on each lesson site. These guides are completed for tests and count for 10% of the test grade. The assignment will be discussed as an overview. Students are encouraged to check with the teacher during lunch or at 4th period for clarification.
